About Pastor Matt

Young Adults & Family Pastor — Grace Collective Church

For more than 25 years, Pastor Matt Tinetti has devoted his life to sharing the love of Jesus and the truth of the Gospel—especially with the next generation. His calling is clear: to plant seeds of faith that lead to transformed lives, strong families, and a thriving community of young believers.

Matt answered the call to ministry early, stepping into pastoral eldership in San Bruno, CA at just 21 years old. In 2013, he and his family moved to Roseville, where he joined the pastoral care team at K-LOVE & Air1 radio. During that season, he also helped plant a church, deepening his passion for discipleship and local ministry. Today, Matt serves as the Associate Pastor at Grace Collective Church, focusing on young adults, college students, and families with an unwavering heart for the local church.

Away from the pulpit, you’ll find Matt with his high-school-sweetheart-turned-wife, Nancy, and their two children, Jordan and Madison. He’s often grabbing coffee with young adults, showing up at their games and school events, or diving into podcasts and YouTube teachings. Matt loves Disneyland trips with his family, playing golf, and cheering (loudly) for the 49ers, Warriors, and Giants.

At the core of Matt’s ministry is a simple but powerful belief: the local church is called to shine as a light on a hill. He believes people are equipped and transformed through Scripture, worship, and genuine fellowship—the kind that happens not just on Sundays, but over coffee, shared meals, and real life together. His hope is to build a community where believers grow deep roots, live out their faith boldly, and impact the world around them.
